Article 9, Section 3.
Separability

In the event that any provision in the Trust Agreement or in the Health Benefit Plan adopted hereunder is held to be illegal or invalid for any reason, said illegality or invalidity shall not adversely affect the remaining provisions herein contained and the Trust Agreement shall be construed as if said illegal or invalid provisions had never been included herein.
