Good news. If you’re in New York, Anthem Blue Cross has made an extension with New York Presbyterian Hospital (NYP). The extension runs through February 1, 2025, and they are working on the
long-term formal amendment.
Anthem Blue Cross has also signed a letter of agreement (LOA) with Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital (MSK), and are working on a finalized, formal amendment.
Anthem Blue Cross anticipates that there will be no disruption in service with either entity.

Out-of-Network vs In-Network
When a Participant seeks health services from an Out-of-Network (OON) provider the OON coverage is 60% of the PWGA reasonable and customary cost, and there is an annual out of pocket maximum of $20,000. For In-Network (INN) provider services the PWGA covers 85% of the cost, with a $1,500 maximum out of pocket cost to the Participant.
