ARTICLE VI

MEETINGS AND DECISIONS OF THE TRUSTEES

Article 6, Section 1.
Officers

The Trustees shall elect a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman, a Secretary and a Vice-Secretary from among the Trustees. The terms of such officers shall commence on the date of their election and continue to the end of the calendar year or until their successors have been elected. Thereafter, prior to December 31 in each calendar year, the Trustees shall select from among them a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, a Secretary and a Vice- Secretary to serve for a term of one year commencing January 1. In even-numbered years, the Chairman and Vice-Chairman shall be WGA Trustees and the Secretary and Vice-Secretary shall be Producer Trustees; in odd-numbered years, the Chairman and Vice- Chairman shall be Producer Trustees and the Secretary and Vice- Secretary shall be WGA Trustees.
