Article 8, Section 4.
Notification of Termination

Upon termination of the Health Fund in accordance with this Article, the Trustees shall forthwith notify WGA and each Producer and the insurance carrier or carriers of any policies or contracts which may be held as part of the Health Fund, and also all other necessary parties; and the Trustees shall continue as Trustees for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the Health Fund.
