Article 5, Section 6.
Books of Account

The Trustees shall keep true and accurate books of account and records of all their transactions, which shall be audited annually or more often as the Trustees may determine, by a certified public accountant selected by the Trustees. A statement of the results of such audits shall be available at all times for inspection by WGA, the Producers, the Writers and the Retirees at the principal office of the Health Fund.
