Article 4, Section 6.
Amendment

The Trustees may amend the Health Benefit Plan from time to time, provided that the amendments comply with the purposes above stated and do not violate the collective bargaining agreements in force between WGA and the Producers. Copies or summaries of each amendment adopted by the Trustees shall be made available to the Writers, the Retirees, WGA and the Producers, in such form and manner as the Trustees may determine..
